Delivery is always fulfilled in house or by professional antique couriers. However, sometimes this can be a one man delivery, please be on hand to help driver if required.

All products are set up on our website as optional delivery or free collection from our studio. The delivery fee's are set up based on the size of the item, for smaller items delivery is £40 (paintings and decorative accessories), for medium sized items (larger paintings, chairs or coffee tables) delivery will be £80 and for larger items (dining tables and sofas) delivery is £165.
We will look to combine items for delivery. Combined items will be capped at £165.00

Customer pays shipping for returned items.

London Customers
All deliveries within the Congestion Charge zone or Ultra Low Emission Zone will incur the additional charge(s) as set by Transport for London. A separate invoice will be sent prior to delivery. Please select click and collect at checkout and send an email to info@objectandorigin.com

SOUTH LONDON PICK-UP
Please ensure that you pick up your item within two weeks of purchase, and when you arrive to pick up you have with you your purchase confirmation email. Any late collections will incur a £20 store fee per week.

RETURNS
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact usas soon as possible.
Please note that we only accept returns on a case-by-case basis. We do our very best to provide accurate measurements as well as describing any item imperfections or flaws. All of our items are second-hand, therefore there tends to always be some general wear and tear. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us for a courier quote should you wish to have anything shipped overseas. Please note that we do not accept returns for internationally shipped items and we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.
